Service Commitment

We guarantee that all exported soybean products strictly comply with international food safety standards (such as HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, FDA, etc.). Due to the particularity of cross-border trade, we offer the following guarantees:

Quality Assurance

Before leaving the factory, it has undergone strict quality inspection and third-party testing (such as pesticide residues, genetically modified components, and microbial indicators).

Documents

Provide complete customs clearance documents (bill of lading, packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, health certificate / sanitary certificate, phytosanitary certificate, etc.).

Port arrival guarantee

Ensure that the quality of the goods upon arrival at the destination port complies with the contractual terms.

Quality Dispute Resolution Process

Due to the long shipping cycle (typically 20-45 days), we have established the following claim standards based on different transportation methods:

Frozen bean products

(such as frozen tofu and frozen bean curd)

Port arrival inspection: The consignee must complete the sample inspection within 48 hours after unloading. If any thawing, severe clumping or sour smell is found, a claim can be made based on the certificate issued by the local CIQ (China Inspection and Quarantine) or a third-party institution (such as SGS report).

Dry bean products(such as tofu skin, bean curd sheet, and textured protein)

Humidity/Pest Control Standards: Check if the packaging has been damaged or moldy due to the dampness of the ship's hold. If there is any pest infestation, provide an official fumigation certificate and photos for determining the responsibility.

Claim period: The warranty period for the goods is relatively long. It is recommended to complete the surface quality inspection within 7 working days.

Specific Claim Settlement Plan

Based on the investigation results, one of the following plans will be provided:

Innovative Branding

For the deteriorated or damaged parts, they will be replenished in proportion in the next order (applicable to long-term cooperative importers).

Reissue

For minor quality defects (such as a few pieces being broken, with the color being slightly darker but not affecting the consumption), we will negotiate to offer a certain percentage discount on this batch of goods.

Discount

For goods that are completely unsuitable for consumption, according to the liability division, the corresponding payment will be refunded through T/T or letter of credit channels.

Refund

In case of total loss of the goods due to the shipping company's fault or a maritime disaster, we will assist the customer in organizing the documents and applying for a claim with the insurance company (usually insured by the seller or the buyer).

02

Due to sudden adjustments in the import licensing system, genetically modified policy, or tariffs in the destination country, the goods were unable to be cleared for customs.

03

Natural

Normal moisture loss of dry goods during long-distance transportation (usually the allowable weight error is stipulated in the contract, such as ±0.5%).

04
